I was surprised to find such upbeat songs in the middle of this release, along with the poignancies that go with the social commentary subject matter on others.  Production values are very high, and things like the well-syncopated ¾ time on Evergreen offer great refreshment to my ears.  Very cohesive piece of work.

 

These and others will be played on WJAB as well.
